The dog days of August continue... I don't know if it's still in publication or not, but the late great Al Rio drew for the book. The book was an X-Files type comic. The costumes aren't practical here on the promo cover, but I'm a guy. I ain't complaining.
Most superheroine costumes aren't practical! But the distraction factor is often beneficial!
